Audrianna Evans

Audrianna Evans currently serves as a Care Transition Coordinator at St. Croix Hospice since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at Home Helpers Home Care from August 2022 to June 2023, and as an Account Executive at both A Place for Mom and Ascension at Home between March 2021 and March 2021. Audrianna also worked as a Community Health Worker at Eskenazi Health from October 2017 to May 2019 and as a Behavior Support 1:1 at Damar Services, Inc. for a brief period in 2017. An internship at Forever Fit Indianapolis in June to July 2017 provided early industry exposure. Audrianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana State University.
