Megan Ostiller

Megan Ostiller, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at AMD, starting in April 2024. Previously, from May 2023 to April 2024, Megan worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, where significant achievements included implementing a new hire retention strategy that reduced turnover by 7% and facilitating the onboarding process for over 100 new hires annually. Megan also played a key role in advising management on HR policies, managing job requisitions, and participating in initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant at Dyslexia On Demand and various teaching roles at Leander ISD and Union School District.
