Latonya Brown-Puryear

Latonya Brown-Puryear currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Medical Specialties at St. Elizabeth Physicians since May 2022, following an extensive tenure as a Physician, which began in October 2008. In this role, Latonya has functioned as the Critical Care Medical Director and Lead Physician in Pulmonary Medicine at St. Elizabeth Physicians. Prior experience includes working as a Physician specializing in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at South Dayton Acute Care Consultants from December 2005 to August 2008. Latonya's educational background includes a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital, an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Doctor of Medicine degree from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine, and a Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
