Patrick Gerak

Patrick Gerak has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Patrick began their career at Select Medical Corporation as a Practice Manager and Physical Therapist. Patrick then moved on to Northern Kentucky Heart PSC, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing all practice operations. After that, Gerak joined St. Elizabeth Physicians, first as the Director of Operations for the Hospital Based Division and later as the Assistant Director of Utilization Management. Patrick then served as the CEO of Bluegrass Orthopaedics before returning to St. Elizabeth Physicians as the Director of Operations for the Heart & Vascular Institute. In each role, Gerak demonstrated their ability to effectively manage and improve organizational performance.

Patrick Gerak completed their Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky from 1992 to 1995. Patrick then pursued a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the same university from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Thomas More University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
