Jason Strauss

Jason Strauss is a seasoned psychiatrist with extensive experience in geriatric and adult inpatient psychiatry. Currently serving as Chair and Chief of Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center since August 2020, Jason previously held the position of Director of Adult and Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance from May 2011 to August 2020. This role also included responsibilities as Medical Director of Everett Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Training Director for the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Geriatric Psychiatrist at Hebrew SeniorLife and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2008 to May 2011. Jason holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stony Brook University (1999-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Pre-Med from Brown University (1995-1999).
