Elaine Chan

Elaine Chan is an experienced professional in strategic planning and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning at ST Engineering since December 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at CapitaLand, where Elaine focused on enhancing customer loyalty through Voice-of-Customer programs, and at Ascendas, driving group-wide customer satisfaction initiatives. Elaine has also contributed to the start-up ecosystem as Senior Manager at Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd and managed international relations at the Ministry of Finance. Earlier experience includes roles in investment management and defense technology collaboration with DSTA. Elaine holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution.
