Bill Cogliano

Bill Cogliano, MBA, FHFMA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Bill is currently serving as the President Elect for the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter HFMA, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Board Member of the chapter from 2015 to 2022.

Prior to their involvement with the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter HFMA, Bill worked at Cooper University Health Care. Bill held various positions there, including Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Senior Strategic Planning Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Bill started their tenure at Cooper University Health Care in 2010 and is still currently employed there.

Before Cooper University Health Care, Bill gained experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Bill completed internships in 2006 and 2007, where they focused on financial analysis.

Bill Cogliano, MBA, FHFMA, completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Analytics from Saint Joseph's University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, with a minor in Music, from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business between 2005 and 2009. In 2012, Bill also achieved a Lean Six Sigma - Master Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University. Furthermore, in 2014, they obtained the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
