Ngoh Cheng Jie

Ngoh Cheng Jie is a seasoned professional in the aerospace engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at ST Engineering AirX since March 2023, where leadership of a team focused on the development and production of the Airfish 8 WIG craft is a primary responsibility. With a long-standing tenure at ST Engineering, beginning in August 2007 as a Mechanical Systems Principal Engineer, Ngoh Cheng Jie specializes in providing rough order of magnitude (ROM) costings for project inquiries and overseeing extensive projects that ensure the airworthiness of aircraft mechanical systems. Prior to this, Ngoh Cheng Jie gained valuable experience during an industrial attachment at International Aerospace Tubes-Asia Pte Ltd in early 2006, assisting with safety assessments and developing tooling inventory systems. Ngoh Cheng Jie holds a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2007.
