Roland Zentgraf is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Werkleiter/Plant Manager at ST Extruded Products Group since March 2024. Previously, Roland held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mefro Metallwarenfabrik Fischbacher GmbH from May 2022 to June 2023 and at Stanztechnik und Werkzeugbau Wolfgang Loch GmbH & Co. KG from October 2018 to September 2021, overseeing production, logistics, quality assurance, industrial engineering, and key accounting, with overall responsibility for approximately 300 employees at each organization. Roland's tenure at Feintool as Geschäftsführer/Director encompassed roles in HR, sales, finance, IT, and production management, with oversight of around 150 employees. Prior experience includes significant roles at ElringKlinger, where responsibilities ranged from production management to broader operational oversight as Werkleiter for over 250 employees. Roland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maschinenbautechnik from Ludwig-Geißler-Technikerschule Hanau, earned between 1989 and 1991.
