Farrah Coady, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Farrah currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at St. Francis House, where they support individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty by providing basic needs and stability. Farrah is also the Owner of People Matters Now, a business they founded in 2023. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Director, Human Resources at 2020 On-site from 2021 to 2022. Farrah has also worked at Alert Innovation, where they were instrumental in establishing and developing the HR department as a founding employee. Farrah has experience in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, performance management, and employee life cycle management. Before Alert Innovation, Farrah worked as a Freelance Media Producer for a publishing company and as a Human Resources Manager at McClellan Automation Systems. Farrah began their career at IBM as a Department Administrator.

Farrah Coady, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive education history that spans various fields of study. Farrah completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2020. Prior to that, Farrah earned a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University ILR School in 2013. Farrah also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Philosophy from Boston University. In addition, Farrah participated in the Professional Education Short Program in Persuasive Communication at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Farrah has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM. Farrah is also a Certified Assessment Facilitator from the Center for Creative Leadership, a Certified Leadership Coach from the Academy of Creative Coaching, and has completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) offered by the Center for Creative Leadership. Farrah holds certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid & First Responder from Cintas.

To further expand their knowledge and expertise, Farrah earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Additionally, they completed the Women's Leadership Program through Yale School of Management Executive Education in December 2020.
