Manager Of Case Management at St. Francis House

Frede Amado Reais is an experienced professional with a strong background in case management and support services for homeless individuals, currently serving as the Manager of Case Management at St. Francis House since January 2017. In this role, Frede oversees daily operations to ensure that guests have access to essential supports related to behavioral health, housing, and income. Previous positions at St. Francis House include Case Management Supervisor, Bilingual Case Manager, and Guest Engagement Liaison. Frede also holds experience in security with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. and military service as a member of the Army National Guard. Frede's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UMass Boston, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Bunker Hill Community College, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Quincy College.
