Thomas Hunter

Thomas Hunter is an experienced professional in social service administration with a focus on case management, having held various significant roles at Chicago House and Social Service Agency since August 2012. In the current position as Manager of Case Management, Thomas oversees a team of supervisors and case managers, providing support and supervision while managing audits and program development. Previous roles include Senior Care Specialist, where Thomas launched outreach programs for older adults aging with HIV, and Ryan White Case Manager, where responsibilities included case management for clients in the Independent Living Program.
