Molly Dugan has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Molly is currently the Director of Behavioral Health at St. Francis House. Prior to this role, they worked as the Associate Director of Behavioral Health at the same organization. Before joining St. Francis House, Molly served as a Program Director and Clinical Supervisor at Volunteers of America. Molly also worked as a Substance Use Integrated Therapist at Codman Square Health Center and as an Assistant Program Director, Senior Clinician, and Substance Use Disorder Clinician at Victory Programs. Molly's experience also includes a role as a Social Work Intern at Boston Medical Center and Victory Programs, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as an intern at International Institute of Boston and as an Administrative Assistant at Emmanuel College.
Molly Dugan has a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government, Sociology from Emmanuel College (Boston), where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Molly does not possess any additional certifications at this time.
