Laíza Vieira Riedl

Laíza Vieira Riedl is an experienced professional in the field of winemaking and enology, currently serving as Assistant Winemaker and Enologist at St. Francis Winery & Vineyards since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Enologist at Mendocino Wine Company and Laboratory Technician at Jackson Family Wines. Laíza's career began with laboratory internships and quality control positions at Constellation Brands, Amazing Foods, and other organizations between 2011 and 2014. Laíza holds a Winemaking Certificate in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (2018-2020) and a degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2009-2014).
