Dan Whitcomb is an experienced educator currently serving as the Outdoor Learning Coordinator and PE Teacher at St. Gabriel's Catholic School, where responsibilities include developing physical literacy for students from PreK3 to 8th grade. Previously, Dan held positions as Elementary PE Teacher and 2nd Grade Teacher at Frankfurt International School, and as 2nd Grade Teacher at The American School of Barcelona. Earlier roles include teaching 3rd grade at Phillips Brooks School and 1st to 3rd grade at St. Matthew's Episcopal Day School, where Dan integrated technology and employed various teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. Dan holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington.
