Pascale Nicholls

Pascale Nicholls is a finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at St George's Hospital Charity since February 2024, Pascale previously held the position of Director of Finance and Governance at the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment from June 2020 to February 2024. Prior to that, Pascale worked at Amnesty International in multiple capacities, including Head of Central Finance from June 2015 to May 2020 and Head of International Finance from February 2009 to August 2014. Pascale's career began at Deloitte LLP, where the role was Senior Audit Manager from October 1996 to December 2008. Pascale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and completed education at James Allen's Girls' School.
