Christian Barkei

The Principal, Dr Christian Barkei, has worked in both the grammar school system in the UK and in senior positions in international schools in Asia before arriving in Luxembourg in 2013. Growing up, he moved between Australia, the UK and Bavaria and has been part of a globally orientated family ever since. A graduate of the University of Durham, Dr Barkei enjoys the Luxembourg countryside and the history of the region. He and his wife Merrin (who comes from New Zealand) have two children who attend St George's.
