Eamon O'Carroll is a seasoned coach in rugby league with experience spanning several clubs. Beginning as a Performance Coach with Widnes Vikings from December 2017 to November 2018, Eamon then served as an Assistant Coach at Dragons Catalans until December 2020. Following this role, Eamon took on the position of Head Coach at Newcastle Thunder from December 2020 to November 2022. Currently, Eamon is an Assistant Coach at St. Helens R.F.C., a position held since November 2024, while also previously holding the role of Head Coach of St Esteve.
