Svjetlana Kalaba

Svjetlana Kalaba has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in sales and business management roles. Since May 2005, Svjetlana has held various positions at Iskratel, including Director of Business Unit Broadband, where responsibilities encompass sales operations in the Balkan region, coordination of business activities, and extensive travel for customer engagement. Previous roles include business modeling and strategizing, as well as engineering for triple play services. Prior to Iskratel, Svjetlana worked as an Engineer for the administration of mobile stations at Telekom Srpske, and as a Financial and Administrative Officer at Mikrofin Banka. An academic background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Ljubljana and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications and Electronics from the University of Banja Luka, complemented by teaching experience at the same university.
