Justin Onuekwusi

Justin Onuekwusi, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at St. James’s Place since October 2023. Prior to this role, Justin was the Head of Retail Investments, EMEA at Legal & General Investment Management from August 2013 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading and elevating the retail investment business and maximizing the potential of retail funds. Earlier experience includes serving as Fund Manager and Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds at LGIM, and Multi Asset Fund Manager at Aviva Investors, where a cumulative £120bn in multi-asset funds were managed. Justin also held roles at Merrill Lynch as Vice President in Manager Research and Portfolio Construction and at Aon Consulting as Senior Investment Analyst. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
