Laura Leat

Laura Leat currently serves as the Head of People Hub at St. James’s Place, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held various HR positions at Tricel, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner from December 2016 to November 2022. Previous experience includes working as an HR Business Partner for West Unified Communications Services and as HR Manager at Cotteswold Dairy Ltd. Laura also served as an HR Adviser at both Hartpury College and the University of Gloucestershire, where the educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (Strategic) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
