Syed Bakht

Syed Bakht is a Wealth Management Associate at St. James’s Place since March 2024, with prior experience as a Data Analyst & Fundraiser at Fight for Sight. Syed co-founded Oakwood Fund Management, the UK's first real money ESG student-managed fund, while also serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the Royal Air Force Reserves. Additional experience includes roles as a Hedge Fund Analyst at Amplify Trading, a Research Assistant for London's Air Ambulance, and internships at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Brewin Dolphin. Syed holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of East Anglia and is pursuing multiple qualifications in Investment Management and Wealth & Investment Management.
