Dan also acts as the Clinical Lead for SJWA's Virtual Emergency Department initiatives, emphasizing the development of virtual care models. Significant contributions include the redesign of approaches to out-of-hospital cardiac arrest excellence and training standards. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Specialist Clinical Paramedic and various paramedic positions, including frontline emergency services and clinical support. Additionally, Dan has academic credentials including an MSc in Advanced Critical Care Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Emergency Care, complemented by teaching experience as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University.
