Clare Francis

Clare Francis has extensive experience in employee and industrial relations, currently serving as Group Manager Employee and Industrial Relations at St John of God Health Care since April 2014, with prior roles including Employee and Industrial Relations Manager, Coordinator Employee and Industrial Relations, and Senior Industrial and Employee Relations Advisor. Clare held the position of Acting Group Manager, HR and Employee Relations at SJGHC for a brief period in mid-2021. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Officer (Industrial) at AMA (WA) from May 2008 to March 2014 and Senior Industrial Officer at the Health Services Union of WA from May 1992 to April 2008. Clare holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Science, both from Curtin University.
