Bill Bibby

Bill Bibby currently serves as the FACTS Administrator and Financial Aid Coordinator at St. John Paul II Catholic High School. With a robust background in environmental planning and recreation management, Bill Bibby's experience includes serving as Planner IV for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and as Agency Grants Coordinator for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. Previous roles also encompass consulting within Florida State Parks and directing special Olympics programs in North Florida. Bill Bibby holds a B.S. in Leisure Services & Studies from Florida State University and has progressively advanced from part-time roles to leadership positions throughout a career dedicated to public service and community engagement.
