Eric Llewellyn is a seasoned professional in retail leasing, currently serving as a Retail Leasing Representative at St. John Properties, Inc. since August 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Leasing Associate at Kimco Realty Corporation, where management of leasing for a portfolio of 14 open-air shopping centers was undertaken. Eric’s experience also encompasses internships in various capacities at Workshop Development, Birchwood Capital Partners, and Continental Realty Corporation, contributing to a well-rounded background in leasing and analytics. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Towson University.
