Kelly Woods is a Capability Development Partner at St John New Zealand. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Lotto New Zealand as an Organisational Development Business Partner. Kelly has also held roles at Bupa Australia & New Zealand and OPRA Consulting Group Limited as an Organisational Development Consultant and Senior Consultant, respectively. With a background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Kelly has expertise in leadership development, talent identification, strategic workforce planning, and project and change management. Kelly has also worked at Air New Zealand as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator and Talegent as a Psychological Consultant. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate Diploma, and Master's degree in Psychology.
