Laura McOscar

Laura McOscar currently serves as the General Manager of Strategy & Delivery at Hato Hone St John since January 2023. Prior to this role, Laura was the Programme Manager for Customer Strategy at Foodstuffs (South Island) Ltd from November 2021 to December 2022. Between March 2012 and June 2021, Laura held several key positions at Royal London, including Head of Propositions - Equity Release, where a successful new market launch was achieved, and Head of Strategy, leading the strategy team. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Management Consultant at Tenzing Ltd, Business Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, and Embryologist at Fertility Associates. Laura obtained a First Class BSc Hons in Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh in 2005.
