Tafline Yew

Tafline Yew is an experienced counselor and HR professional with a diverse background in mental health and human resources management. Currently serving as a Counsellor at St. John's Cathedral Counselling Service since September 2022, Tafline previously founded Innergize Counseling & Coaching and has held significant roles across various organizations, including Group Head Human Resources at Asean Business and Counselling Consultant at HK Psychiatry and Integrated Medical Centre. Tafline's extensive career at HSBC spanned over two decades, culminating in prominent HR leadership positions focusing on people risk management, employee relations, and talent development across the Asia Pacific region. Tafline holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Monash University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
