Carol Lewis

Carol Lewis, MBA, SHRM-CP, OLY has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they work as the Human Resources Director at St. John's School, where they are responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions. Prior to this, Carol held positions at organizations such as USA Taekwondo, Girls on the Run Greater Houston, United States Olympic & Paralympians Association, Houston Dynamo Football Club, Colorado Workforce Development Council, Sonnenalp Resort of Vail, Rural Resort Workforce Investment Board, and Cordillera Metro District. In addition, Carol has also worked as a freelance sportscaster and motivational speaker. Carol'sexpertise includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR program implementation.

Carol Lewis, MBA, SHRM-CP, OLY, has a diverse education history. Carol completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television from the University of Houston in 1985. In 1991, they pursued another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Journalism, also from the University of Houston. Carol furthered their education by obtaining a Diploma Supeiore in Italian Language from Scuola Leonardo da Vinci in 2003, and a Diploma intermedio in Italian from Scula Dante Alighieri in 1989.

In 2019, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. In addition to their academic achievements, they hold a certification as a SHRM-CP from SHRM, acquired in 2017.
