Robin Heffner has a diverse professional background in healthcare and business, encompassing roles in clinical informatics, financial counseling, and office management. Since October 2016, Robin has held multiple positions at St. John's Senior Services, including Clinical Informatics Analyst, Business Analyst, and Financial Care Partner. Prior experience includes a nine-year tenure at Rochester Regional Health, where Robin served as a Financial Counselor, Registration Specialist, and Office Assistant. Additionally, Robin worked as an Office Manager and Certified Diamontologist at Sterling Jewelers from November 2004 to February 2011. Education was pursued at Monroe Community College.
