The Admissions and Care Team at St. John's Senior Services is responsible for managing the intake and transition process for new residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This team coordinates admission logistics, assists families with necessary documentation, and provides personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs. Key roles within the team include the Admissions Care Partner, who offers direct support and guidance; the Admissions Coordinator, who manages the administrative aspects of admissions; the Neighborhood Administrator, who oversees unit operations; and the Neighborhood Secretary for the Rehab Unit, who handles scheduling and communication.
