Stuart Walker

Stuart Walker currently serves as Regional Director of Concierge Medical Services and Director of Patient Experience at Steward Health Care, where a hands-on approach is utilized to provide tailored services that meet the needs of patients and their families. In addition, Stuart holds the position of Director of Business Development at St. Joseph Medical Center and has been the Patient Experience Manager at Norwood Hospital since February 2017. At Norwood Hospital, Stuart champions a culture of service excellence and compassion, focusing on enhancing patient, family, and visitor experiences to improve overall outcomes and develop best practice strategies for patient-centered care.
