Grant Geissler MD FACS FAAP has extensive work experience in the field of pediatric surgery. grant is currently the Medical Director of Children's Surgery and the Chairman of Process Improvement and Patient Safety in the Surgical Division at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital of Tampa since 2018. grant also serves as the Chairman of the Process Improvement in Patient Safety Committee at the same institution.

Prior to their current position, they worked at BayCare Health System as the Division Head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery from 2017 onwards.

In 1990, Dr. Geissler continued their education at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, specializing in Pediatric General and Thoracic Surgery, Liver and Kidney Transplantation, and obtained a degree in Pediatric Surgery.
