Charlotte Branch is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at St. Joseph's Health since January 2022, Charlotte develops and executes comprehensive strategies for the talent acquisition life cycle. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Director of Recruiting for Primary Care at Staff Care and managed a $2.5M budget while providing operational oversight for a team of 12 talent professionals at JPS Health Network. With a solid foundation in executive recruitment and employee development from roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Charlotte possesses a wealth of expertise in managing recruitment initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. Charlotte holds a Master of Science in Management from East Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.
