Talia Griep

Talia Griep is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, administration, and community engagement. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at St. Joseph's Healthcare System since 2016, Talia contributes to both the Finance Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Benjamin Moore & Co. since 2013, Talia has demonstrated strong leadership across multiple departments, earning recognition with an Innovation Award from CFO Studios. Talia is also the Founding Director of the Giving Moore Foundation, which has successfully raised significant funds for community initiatives, and serves as President of Learning Outcomes. Previous roles include leadership positions at McGraw-Hill and Polo Ralph Lauren. Talia holds an AICPA COSO Certification, an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Montclair State University.
