Aleks Ljubinkovic

Aleks Ljubinkovic is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in nursing and management. Currently serving as the Clinical Manager for the Kidney & Urinary Program at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, Aleks oversees the Hemodialysis Program and the Dialysis Resource Team within the Hamilton region. Previous roles include Patient Care Manager for the Heart, Lung and Vascular Program at Unity Health Toronto and various positions at Hamilton Health Sciences, including Clinical Nurse Specialist and Quality & Value Improvement Specialist. Aleks has also contributed to nursing education as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Mohawk College and has experience in critical and specialized care, including intensive care and palliative care. Academically, Aleks holds an MBA from Smith School of Business and a Master's degree in Nursing from McMaster University, complemented by additional certifications in Global Nursing Leadership and a FT-MBA Exchange Program in Paris.
