Connie Lukinuk

Connie Lukinuk is an experienced pharmacy professional with a robust career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as Pharmacy Manager and Professional Practice Leader at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton since January 2016, Connie manages a clinical pharmacist team in a 600-bed teaching hospital and oversees compounding practices.
