Saumya Gautam, M.A., CMP has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Starting in 2003 at Godfrey Phillips, Saumya progressed through various roles at Infosys Technologies, Xchanging, British Sky Broadcasting, CBC, Rogers Communications, Manulife, Fasken, and currently holds a leadership position at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as the Director of Organizational Development in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and Healthcare Worker Wellness. Throughout their career, Saumya has demonstrated expertise in communications, change management, HR, employer branding, and talent acquisition.

Saumya Gautam holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Delhi University. Saumya later completed a BA in Sociology Honors from Lady Shri Ram, University of Delhi in 2002. In 2003, they obtained their MA in Communication Studies from the University of Leeds. In 2011, they participated in the Rotman Executive Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, specializing in MBA Essentials for Managers. Saumya also obtained a certification as a Change Management Practitioner (CMP) from AMPG-International Change Management in 2016.
