Anne Orr possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center since September 2006, overseeing talent acquisition and wage structure management for a large healthcare workforce. In addition, Anne has been an Adjunct Instructor at Keuka College since June 2005, specializing in Business Ethics, Ethics for Nurses, and Human Resources Management, both in the classroom and online. Prior to this, Anne held a Human Resources Manager position at United Technologies/Carrier Corporation from June 1980 to September 2006, where responsibilities included HRM/HRD activities and strategic salary planning. Anne holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Elmira College, completed between 2003 and 2005.
