Carly Detor Scrimale currently serves as the Director of Operations for Cardiac and Vascular Surgery at St. Joseph's Health, where responsibilities include leadership and training of clinical staff, as well as implementing workflow changes for optimal outcomes. Prior to this role, Carly worked as a Nurse Practitioner and Practice Manager in Cardiac Surgery, and gained experience as a Registered Nurse at Vascular, Cardiac & Thoracic Surgeons of CNY, and St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Clarkson University, a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Upstate Medical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.
