Jason Planck has extensive experience in the healthcare and social services field, currently serving as Health Home Care Manager at St. Joseph's Health since August 2016. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Case Manager for The Salvation Army and held positions such as Mental Health Therapy Aide at Upstate University Hospital and Residential Specialist at CNY Services, Inc. Early career experience includes serving as a Residential Counselor II at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Columbia College and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Dutchess Community College.
