Mark Ferranti has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1989 with O'Brien & Gere as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Mark then joined Carrier Corporation in 1998 as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2006, they moved to SRCTec Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and held this position until 2014. From 2014 onwards, Mark has been serving as the Director of Human Resources at St Joseph's Health.
Mark Ferranti obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Binghamton University in 1984. Mark then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Binghamton University School of Management, completing it in 1986.
