Rachael Jones has a diverse work experience primarily at St. Joseph's Health. Rachael started their career in 2004 as a Scheduling Specialist at St. Josephs Imaging, where they worked until 2011. In 2007, they joined St. Joseph's Health as an Administrative Assistant, where they assisted in the day-to-day operations on an Oncology unit and a Family Medicine Residency unit. Rachael also served as the Co-Chair for the Hospital's Secretary Council for two years and helped in the training/implementation of an EMR for the group. In 2014, they were promoted to Executive Assistant and later in 2016, they became the Manager of Administration, where they supported the President, CEO, and the Sr. VP for Operations. Rachael currently holds the position of Director of Medical Education at St. Joseph's Health, which they started in 2020.
