Michelle Eggers

Michelle Eggers is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and data analysis. Currently serving as a Data & Program Analyst at St. Joseph's Indian School since July 2017, Michelle transforms organizational mission-driven work into visual recommendations that represent student outcomes. Previously, Michelle has held various leadership roles, including Director of Health and Wellness, overseeing a nurse-managed health clinic, and Director of Nursing at Regency Retirement Living. Additional experiences include positions at Nebraska Medicine as an Echocardiogram Staff Nurse and Case Management Nurse, and at Spectrum Health in multiple nursing roles. Michelle's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Clinical Nurse Specialist from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College.
