Jordan O'Conner

Jordan O'Conner has extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and technical services, currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure Engineering - Database and Digital Workplace at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since May 2019. Previous positions at St. Jude include Windows System Engineer III and II, and a contractor role. Prior to this, Jordan spent eight years at masterIT, progressing from Field Engineer to Team Lead of Professional Services. Additionally, Jordan served as Director of Technical Services at the Memphis Academy of Science & Engineering from November 2006 to April 2011. Education was completed at ITT Technical Institute.
