Tracy Nilles

Tracy Nilles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since June 2016. Prior to this position, Tracy held various executive roles at United Way Worldwide from March 1998 to May 2016, including Vice President of Development and Vice President of Corporate Relations. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School (2010-2011) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communications from Western Kentucky University (1994-1996), complemented by an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (1986-1990).
