Noel Balce

Noel Balce currently serves as a Community Health Navigator at MedZed since February 2024 and has been the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Justin School since September 2019. Previously, Noel held roles as an Employment Specialist and Housing and Outreach Specialist at the International Rescue Committee from March 2023 to February 2024. Additional experience includes positions as a Purchasing and Materials Specialist at Tascent, a Case Investigator and Contact Tracing professional at Heluna Health, and a Business Development Manager at Randstad USA. Early career experiences include roles at Supermicro, The Bay Club Company, and RMD Group Inc. Noel holds a degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University, complemented by studies at West Valley College and Archbishop Mitty High School.
