Vanessa Badlam

Vanessa Badlam has a diverse work experience. Vanessa started their career at St. Lawrence Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates PC in 2016, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant until 2018. In 2018, they joined St. Lawrence Health and held various roles including Lead Medical Billing Specialist, Revenue Cycle Business Office Trainer, and Revenue Cycle Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Patient Financial Services at St. Lawrence Health.

Vanessa Badlam studied Health Care Administration/Management at SUNY Canton. Vanessa also holds certifications as a Certified Patient Financial Services Specialist and a Certified Revenue Cycle Leader, obtained from Healthcare Business Insights, Part of Clarivate.
