Jen Ross is an experienced professional currently serving as the Workforce Planning Manager at St. Leonard's Community Services since June 2022, while also holding the position of Senior Scheduler at the same organization since January 2016. With a solid background in scheduling at DeafBlind Ontario Services, where Jen worked from 1999 to 2016 in various capacities including Centralized Scheduler and Intervenor, extensive knowledge in workforce management has been developed. Additionally, Jen has been a member of the Ontario Psychological Association since May 2016. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology at Western University, with an expected completion date in July 2024, prior education includes studies at Fanshawe College from September 1992 to June 1994.
